These include factors such as vacancy rates, growth forecasts, infrastructure.

It’s all in the data! When making recommendations we rely on independent data. For example, SQM research provides up to date Vacancy Rates for every postcode in Australia. 


We also use paid subscription services such as RP data and Residex, both powered by Core Logic, and Profile ID. We also utilise information released by state and local councils and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Yes, we do! We recommend either investing new establishing buildings or house and land options. 


At this point in time, we advise to invest in new properties to obtain significant tax breaks and a positive cashflow.
