We also use paid subscription services such as RP data and Residex, both powered by Core Logic, and Profile ID. We also utilise information released by state and local councils and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Yes, we do! We recommend either investing new establishing buildings or house and land options. 

At this point in time, we advise to invest in new properties to obtain significant tax breaks and a positive cashflow.
